About Our Founder
Pablo Pereira
Unika Homes is managed by Pablo Pereira, who oversees the entire process, from land acquisition to turnover. He has more than 11 years of experience in design and construction, where he worked with the best in the industry. Every project that Pablo touches is filled with innovation and a passion for artistic excellence. Pablo pushes the limits and exceeds the expectations of our clients, making Unika Homes truly stand out.
Pablo obtained a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University and an M.S. in Construction Engineering and Project Management from the University of Texas in Austin. At both universities, he took additional courses in architecture and real estate, setting up his career as a unique home builder.

Vanessa Valdivia
Vanessa's touch is both subtle and undeniable. You can thank her for our excellent use of cabinetry, closets, and tile patterns. She engages deeply with our architects and interior designers to ensure that your home is not only beautiful, but livable, functional, and full of the amenities that men and women want.
During construction, Vanessa expects flawless work from our contractors. If she feels that we have to stop installation because the color patterns are deterring the look, we will. We guarantee that our homes will have a smaller punch list than most since they have been overseen by Vanessa.
